trackback

It took a while to find our crab pot. It was 1/3 of a mile away from where we put it down by GPS. No crab and no bait so the crab got away somehow. I think even with the extra weights the trap tumbled in the current overnight. We headed to Friday Harbor and had a tide current with us of about ½ to 7/10 knots. Passed customs then went to the grocery. Sam picked us up at 5pm for dinner with his wife Kay at their house. We reminisced for our sail trips of the summer and had dinner. Weather was great with sun. Trip 1772.5, motor 18.3
