‘9-8-10 Wed. – Motored all the way to Seattle. Along the way we noticed another Caliber 40 LRC called Perfect Salinity that was headed to Port Ludlow. Near Shilshole we saw Osprey motoring and called them on the radio. They had been at Port Townsend also. We got in underneath the railroad bridge at 5:23pm and right away the locks opened up so took advantage of that, then we were early for a 6pm opening of Ballard Bridge. We stopped at m/v Lucky Dog but no one on the boat, then headed to m/v Rophy. Same story so we headed to the bridge and got an opening right away. Total mileage was 860.9
